Click here to register your company. If you are not going to be the administrator of the account please do not register here. Your company will setup your account.
After registering, you will receive an email to complete the registration process.
Your account is automatically credited with 2 FREE Medical Evaluations and are categorized as ‘unassigned’ (unused). Purchase more services as needed; bulk discounts are available.
Once the company account is setup, create user accounts for your employees.
You can give specific instructions for individuals or groups such as respirator type, work effort, etc. to assist in completing an evaluation here.
Option 1 (Individually):
Users can be added individually with an option to assign an evaluation or training simultaneously. This is generally utilized for smaller groups or for individuals completing the respirator fit tester training. They will receive an email with login info.
Option 2 (Bulk Entry):
Users can be added in a group (except admins), and are automatically assigned the evaluation. They will receive an email with login info. Skip to step 7 once completed.
Option 3 (Kiosk Mode):
Utilized for users that do not have email addresses or for using a central computer. The admin will have to login into the account and select kiosk mode. A user profile will automatically be created as part of the process. Skip to step 7.
If you did not assign an evaluation as part of Step 5, click here. The ‘assign all’ feature is a good opportunity to align evaluations that might have been scattered throughout the year. Click here to assign respirator fit tester training to your employees, if not so during user creation. Users will receive an email with a link to take the medical evaluation or training.
When an employee passes an evaluation or training, they will receive a certificate that can be printed. Records will be stored in our database and can be exported.
